hopply is software that helps short-term rental hosts look after their guests, calendar and prices. This page explains what information hopply handles and why. Questions go to hello@hopply.ai.

This website

hopply.ai uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If you email us, for example to request access, we keep your message and address to reply and to set up your account.

Hosts using hopply

When you use hopply we keep your name, email, mobile number, company and property details, the settings you choose, and the accounts you connect, such as your listing platforms. We use this to run the service, sign you in, send you alerts and bill you.

Guests of our hosts

hopply handles guest information for the host the guest booked with. That includes names, booking dates, messages sent to the host or the property's number, and phone numbers. We use it only to help that host answer and look after their guests, and the host decides how it's used. Guests with questions about their information should contact the host first, or email us.

Text messages

Who helps us run hopply

We share information only with the companies that run parts of the service for us, and only what each one needs: hosting and databases, AI models that draft replies, text messaging, email delivery, payments, and the connection to listing platforms such as Airbnb. We don't sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information while a host uses hopply and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting duties. Hosts can ask us to delete their account and their guests' information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you by emailing hello@hopply.ai. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have further rights, and we'll honor them.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell hosts directly.
