These terms cover using hopply during early access. By using hopply you agree to them. Questions go to hello@hopply.ai.
Early access
hopply is invite-only for now. Features will change, some may be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable while we improve it.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for what's done through your account, including by people you invite.
Your properties and guests
- You remain the host. You're responsible for your listings, prices, house rules, and how you treat your guests.
- You follow the rules of each platform you connect, such as Airbnb, and the laws where your property is, including taxes and short-term rental rules.
- You only add guests' contact details you're allowed to use, and you make sure guests can opt out of texts.
The AI agents
hopply's agents draft and, if you allow it, send replies and suggestions using what you've taught them. They can make mistakes. You choose how much they do on their own, and you stay responsible for what's sent on your behalf. Check anything important, such as access codes, prices and refunds.
Fair use
Don't use hopply to send spam or anything unlawful, harassing or misleading, to get around a platform's rules, or to interfere with the service or other hosts' data.
Billing
Paid plans, when offered, are billed as described when you sign up. Early access may be free or discounted.
No guarantees
hopply is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for lost bookings, revenue or data, or for what a guest, platform or other company does. If we're found responsible for something, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it happened.
Ending
You can stop using hopply at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect hosts, guests or the service. You can ask for a copy of your information before your account closes.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above and tell hosts directly.
